Cancellation or annulment policy:

Reservation changes will only be made one month in advance or in the case of an emergency of justifiable cause.
In case of cancellation of a reservation, the following amounts will be paid:

  • More than 30 days: 75% refund of the total amount of the contracted reservation.
  • Up to 15 days before: Refund of 50% of the total contracted reservation.
  • From 15 to 7 days before: Refund of 30% of the total reservation made.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund will be made.
